As a licensed venue under the the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Vic), we are legally bound by the following strict conditions.
Guests to the Club
Membes are welcome to bring guests to the Club but must, in compliance with the state licensing laws, ensure that every adult guest is properly signed in. This is at any time (24/7), not just when the bar is open.
To avoid overcrowding, especially on the beachside deck, the number of adult guests is limted to two per adult member during peak periods (e.g. summer school holidays on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights). An adult guest should not come to the Club more than three times in any year.

Minors
While minors are encouraged to utilise the Club, the following strict conditions apply:
- Sports-Only Access: Unaccompanied minors (under 18s without a parent or guardian) are legally permitted on club premises strictly for sports-related reasons (such as direct training, playing, or attending official club presentations).
- Strict 10:00pm Cutoff: Under our licensing conditions, all unaccompanied minors must leave the club premises by 10:00pm.
- No Unsupervised Socialising: Children cannot use the club for general socialising or hanging out without a responsible adult present.
Implications for Parents and Members:
- FOB Sharing is strictly Prohibited: Key fobs are issued to adult members for personal use. They must never be handed over to children to allow them unsupervised access to the venue at night.
- Supervision Required: If you child is at the club for any reason outside of organised team training or club events, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult (a parent, legal guardian, or adult actiing in place of a parent).
